Directions: Preparation time: 25 minutes Baking time: 10 to 12 minutes
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and egg. Stir in flour,
vanilla and pecans. Mix well by hand. Shape into balls about the size of
walnuts, place on cookie sheets and flatten to about 1/8 inch.
2. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until brown. Remove from oven and allow to
cool completely and harden.

Chocolate peanut butter oatmeal cookies Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies
Blend sugar, margarine, cocoa and milk in a Large pan.
Heat on stove over medium heat until well blended.
Bring to a boil for exactly 11/2 min. Add peanut
butter, oats, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well and
spoon ont Shortbread cookies Cream butter and sugar. Add flour gradually. Gather into a ball and roll out to 1/2" thickness. Cut into squares. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees on an ungreased cookie sheet, until firm but not browned.
Cool on rack.

Chinese almond cookies Pre-heat oven to 325
Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together into a bowl. Cut in the butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. Add egg and almond extract. Mix well. If the dough doesn't not seem to be fully mixed, leave it aside for Chocolate chip cookies (thin and crisp) increase the amount of butter to 1 1/4 cups (or 2 1/2 sticks) and the
quantity of sugar to 1 1/4 cups, and decrease the amount of light brown
sugar to 3/4 cups.
Add 1/4 cup of water to the recipe with the other wet ingredients.

1. Cream butter and sugar in large mixer bowl of electric mixer. Beat in
eggs, one at a time. Beat in lemon rind and juice. Mix flour, baking powder
and s (machine) dog cookies Use dough cycle. Roll dough to 1/4" thickness. Cut with cookie cutters or
knife. Place on baking sheets sprinkled with cornmeal. Cover with clean
kitchen towels and let rise in warm place about 45 minutes. Bake at
