garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover.
Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli; continue
simmering 15 to 20 minutes or unti Irish nettle soup Wash the young nettle tops in several changes of cold water, WEARING
RUBBER GLOVES!!!! Chop finely, or mince. Melt butter in pot. Sprinkle
in oatmeal and fry until golden brown. Stir in water, stock or milk.
