Directions: Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, soda & salt on wax paper. Mix butter, sugars & vanilla in bowl until creamy. Mix in eggs. Gradually stir in flour mix. Add mix-ins; stir to combine. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls, 2" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire rack. Mix-ins: chopped dried fruits or dates, chocolate chips, raisins, candy coated chocolate, peanut butter pieces.
