Directions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and the white and brown sugars. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix.
Mix in the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix in the chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar, and the nuts.
Roll into small balls and place 2 inches apart
on a greased cookie sheet. Press the top of each cookie with a fork. Bake for 6 - 8 minutes. Cool. Yields about 117 cookies.
