But as said - with me, most white fish taste the same (not that there is much taste anyway) so why pay more? Sea bass is the fashionable fish of the moment, as is monkfish, but as not knowingly having eaten either (unless as part of a fish mix) ... Given a choice, it will always be cod or haddock for me.
