A single taco (or popular tostaco) is large enough to work as a light lunch; the wraps, bowls, salads and specials all honor the same more-for-less ethic. You can argue whether they make the best south-of-the-border-inspired fare in the area .... But it's the food that steals the show here, the mantu (pasta shells filled with ground beef, onions and herbs, topped with sour cream and mixed vegetables) and bulani (turnover filled with potatoes and herbs, served with yogurt) ...
