I am out of Bob's Muesli too!!! So devastating! So I settled for some easy cereal which consisted of Kashi Crisp, Kashi Warm Cinnamon and some TJ's Frosted Shredded Wheats. Then I topped it with 1/2 naner and some NF milk mixed ... I tried out the Lentil-Barley Burger recipe from CookingLight and used pre-cooked beluga lentils from TJ's. Barley usually takes forever and a day to cook, but I just soaked them in some water the night before and didn't even have to cook 'em! ...

The kids just gobble it up and ask for more, which was surprising to me, especially for my son, who does not care for beans that much (unless refried!). Lentils have a bit of that same texture so I wasn't sure he would like it, but he really ... salt & pepper to taste. Bake in a covered dish at 350 until tender (about an hour and a half).
