experiment with different kinds or mixing the different kinds of chiles.
But this is the basic recipe for prepare salsas with dry chiles.

minutes or until done. Serves "Better Than Sex" Cake Bake cake in 9 by 13-inch cake pan, as directed on box. Let it cool
slightly and poke little holes in the top of the cake with a pencil.
Dribble sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce over cake. Let stand for
over an hour until the cake h "Better Than Sex" Dessert Crust: combine flour, sugar, and pecans. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Press into 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool.
Filling: beat together powdered sugar and softened cream cheese. Fold in
half of Cool W "Betty Crocker's" Fresh Tomato Salsa Mix all ingredients.
Author's Notes: Here is the all-purpose southwestern favorite. This simple
salsa is unbeatable when tomatoes are at their brilliant best. If time
permits, refigerate the salsa for two or three hours before serving,
